Harmony Organized is dedicated to finishing a job quickly and efficiently; working with the client to finish projects in as little time as possible and getting you back to the activities you enjoy. Service rates are competitive, and the time spent is an investment in your future. Your new organizational system will be priceless once you realize the time and peace you've gained from creating a beautifully organized space.

{ORGANIZING & STYLING}

In-Home Consultation: $50
{A one-hour session discussing your organizational needs. A $50 credit will be applied to your final cost when you schedule.} 

Hourly Rate: $65/hour

Additional Organizer: $25/hour
Shopping Rate: $65/hr ($130 cap)
Supplies: Provided at cost

Single Session (4 Hours): $260

{BUNDLE & SAVE}

3 Sessions: $700 (Save $80)
6 Sessions: $1325 (Save $235)
10 Sessions: $2100 (Save $500)

{Owner-Occupied Home Staging}

Pre-listing Consultation: $150

Pre-listing consultations start with a full walk-through of your home and yard (please allow 1-2 hours). A complete Home Staging Report will be provided with recommendations that may include suggestions like: painting, general repairs, cleaning, furniture relocation or removal, landscaping improvements, and/or changes to decor.

{Sometimes, furniture or accessory purchases or rentals might be suggested.}

Staging Services: $65/hr

Hands-on services in your home for as little or as much time as is necessary based on your preferences and budget.  

Photo Staging Package: $400

Hands-on home styling immediately before the photographer to create the picture perfect look that attracts buyers to your online listing.

*Delivery of MLS ready photos to you or your realtor

{A pre-listing consultation prior to the photo staging package is highly recommended to ensure your home is in its best condition before professional photos are taken.}

{For homes over 3000 square feet additional time may be needed. Pricing will be dependent on the size of the home. Call for an estimate.}

Your existing furnishings will be used at every available opportunity. An inventory of up-to-date, stylish accessories can be rented should additional decor be needed. These items are rented on a per item basis while the home is staged and being shown.  

Personalized shopping services to enhance and update your decor can be arranged with your budget in mind.

{Maintenance Services}

4-hour session: $200/monthly
{available exclusively to existing clients. May be purchased up to 60 days after project completion. Book 1-3 months of maintenance help to adjust organizational systems to better fit your needs.}

{Payments}

A 50% deposit is required when booking your sessions. Remaining balance is due, in full, on date of project completion.

{Cancellation}

A $50 fee will be applied to all appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
