Harmony Organized is dedicated to finishing a job quickly and efficiently. Working with the client to finish projects in as little time as possible and getting you back to the activities you enjoy. Our service rates are competitive, and our organizational services are an investment in your future. Your new organizational system will be priceless once you realize the time and peace you've gained from creating a beautifully organized space.

In-Home Consultation: $50
{An in-home consultation is a one-hour session discussing your organizational needs. A $50 credit will be applied to your final cost when you book additional sessions.} 
Hourly Rate: $45/hour
Shopping Rate: $25/hour
Supplies: Provided at cost
{Products purchased for your home are subject to the clients approval and budget.} 
Referrals: $100 organizing credit for new client referrals.
{Credit applied when referrals project is completed.}

{Bundle and Save}

4 hour package: $160 (Save $20)
8 hour package: $320 (Save $40)
12 hour package: $475 (Save $65)
20 hour package: $750 (Save $150)

{Owner-Occupied Home Staging}

Sell your home faster and for more money by decorating and decluttering.

Pre-listing Consultation: $150

Pre-listing consultations start with a full walk-through of your home and yard (please allow 1-2 hours). A Home Staging Report will be provided with recommendations that sometimes include painting, general repairs, cleaning, furniture relocation or removal, landscaping improvements. 

Staging Services: $45/hr

Hands-on services in your home for as little or as much time as is necessary based on your preferences and budget. At every available opportunity your existing furnishings will be used to transform your home. Sometimes, furniture or accessory purchases or rentals might be suggested. Personalized shopping services to enhance and update your decor can be arranged with your budget in mind. 

Photo Staging Package: $350

Hands-on home styling immediately before the photographer to create the picture perfect look that attracts buyers to your online listing.

  • 3 hours of professional organization and styling help
  • Professional photography
  • Delivery of MLS ready photos to you or your realtor

{A pre-listing consultation (see above) prior to the photo staging package is highly recommended to ensure your home is in it's best condition before professional photos are taken.}

{For homes over 3000 square feet additional time may be needed. Pricing will be dependent on the size of the home. Call for an estimate.}

We try our best to use your existing furniture and decor when staging your home. We have an inventory of up-to-date, stylish accessories, should additional decor be needed. These items are rented on a per item basis while the home is staged and being shown. 

{Maintenance Services}

4-hour session: $120/monthly
{available exclusively to existing clients. May be purchased up to 60 days after project completion. Book 1-3 months of maintenance help to adjust organizational systems to better fit your needs.}

{Payments}

A 50% deposit is required when booking your sessions. Remaining balance is due in full on date of project completion.

{Cancellation}

A $50 fee will be applied to all appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
